I have tried OTHER mouth tapes. NONE OF THEM compare to this offering from Intake! The feel of these are so natural & they work completely and effectively. Very comfortable as well. Very easy to remove as well, but they stay WELL AFFIXED during the night's sleep. 😊👍
I have been using these off and on for over a year, and I can definitely feel a huge positive difference in my sleep when I use them. My oldest son, who is almost 10, has recently started using them as well, and he has been sleeping so much better and waking up more rested. I only wish you had a designated line for kids because the smallest size is still a little bit too big for him. Overall, I absolutely love this product. I recommend it to anyone who will listen!
I have suffered from a deviated septum my entire life. And for the past three years, I have had to also deal with a perpetual runny nose. Every single meal, I'd be willing my nose a dozen or more times while trying to simply eat. It was miserable. Add to all that the whole sinus congestion at night when I sleep...only able to breathe out of one side of my nose at a time. I was desperate. So my husband ordered me this. It literally arrived yesterday and I slept with it on last night. I felt so good this morning that I wanted to see if it would work through my workday. And low and behold, no runny nose. No sinus congestion. No sniffles. In less than 24 hours of having this, I feel a thousand times better. And I have even sent my daughter and Dad links to get their own. I cannot say 'thank you' enough!

This product is 100% absolutely fantastic!! I hardly ever give reviews but I feel it’s important to share this so more people can receive help and relief. My husband has struggled for years to get a good night’s rest. He would snore very loud and often gasp after not breathing for several seconds. It scared me. He would wake up groggy and be in a fog for up to a half an hour or so. He never felt well rested. As soon as he put the strip on, his face lit up with a shock and excitement. He was breathing using full function of his nose for the first time, potentially, in his life!! He no longer snores and he wakes up refreshed, ready for the day. This product saved him. I have stage 4 cancer and he is my caregiver and we have 2 children, so even though I’d argue EVERYONE deserves a good night’s rest, he ESPECIALLY deserves this. THANK YOU
I have tried the chin strap, the breath right strips have spent hundreds on items through Amazon to try to help with my snoring. Some would work for a few days others wouldn’t work at all. INTAKE is the only one I have found that has and still is consistently working every night, I’m finally able to stay in bed with my wife and not get booted to the couch. Yes the pads are pricey and I tried ordering other pads but they don’t hold as good but it’s still worth it making my wife happy and helping me get a better nights sleep.
I have used single use breathe strips every night for 2 years and I always wanted more lift and less irritation to my skin. I have found the both of those with Intake.
I wear it when I sleep at night if I’m stuffy headed from my allergies and I always wear it when I run. I really wish you had the sports tabs available for my longer runs.
I've been using these for a long time, have never slept better. I tried a million nasal dilators prioe to finding Intake. My issue is the tabs, more specifically the backing. The refills now come in black pouches, and the backing on the tabs is completely different. The perforation is biased to each side instead of down the middle, and it's not actually perforated all the way from end to end. So there's no way to get the backing off without touching the sticky part, and I don't want to touch the sticky part with my fingers if I can help it. It's really unfortunate, because what used to be a process I didn't even think about, has become an infuriating nightly process I dread because it's so annoying each and every time. There's not a better nasal dilator on the market, so I guess I have to deal, but it's just really really frustrating and disappointing.

Absolutely love this product. I would snore so bad I would wake myself up sometimes. Not now! After the first time using it I felt so much better and got a full nights rest. My only complaint is that the refills cost so much.

Ok this is my HONEST raw review. (ANYBODY WITH NOSE RINGS WHO MIGHT WANT TO ORDER, read my REVIEW!!!) After finding this company in December. I didn’t place an order until end of March. I had countless items in my cart, but I just couldn’t really seem to commit. Because let’s face it, it looked TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! B.U.T, I’ve had this now 23 days. And I am IMPRESSED. Now the pictures I provided, it may LOOK like I improperly used tabs. But I have a nose ring. After a few times of trying it. And having my nose ring right in the general area. Wearing it reversed on the side, really helps the tab stay in tact and there’s no magnetic pull on my ring. This has stayed on ALL NIGHT and ALL DAY until I’m ready to remove it. Tabs and band! I have noticed a complete 180 with my sleeping. I went from waking up gasping for air, I most likely was a snorer but how would I know, LOL! I had morning headaches, brain fog, felt un-rested despite going to sleep early. To waking up no cotton mouth, refreshed. No headaches no brain fog. I started on L1, and am now on L2. I have recommended this product to a few others. I still can’t believe how GREAT this product is. I’m happy I ordered. And now after this review, I’m refilling my subscription. Got this product just in time for a winter cold! It has helped my breathing and sleep quality so much while being congested.
I ran a security company for 10 years and I’ve had my nose crushed several times by enthusiastic patrons. I’ve experienced countless nights of unrest due to not being able to breathe properly and earlier this year it reached the tipping point when my brother passed away in his sleep from apnea. I made a promise right then to my family that it wouldn’t happen to me too! So I put in an order for intake breathing strips as a step before getting a sleep apnea mask and my problem may have met its match. I love this product, I haven’t used it for a full week though, My wife is a light sleeper and is constantly complaining about my snoring. She says I sound like a freight train. I asked her everyday this week that I used it if she heard me snore and said she didn’t hear me.

I have lived with sleep apnea for 35 years. I've tried a CPAP. I've tried sleeping pills you name it. I've tried it. Thought it was a gimmick product; I was tremendously wrong. These are both game changing and life changing. They stay on in a hot steamy shower, sweating bullets working in a warehouse, and the stickers may last up to an entire day. The M2 size... 🔥. Have already gotten my postman to purchase some for his sleep. Talked him into using them at work this coming Monday. Enormous amounts of oxygen going into my brain. The deviated septum surgery didn't even produce these kinds of results. A Naval veteran I spoke to today is also purchasing. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I love the product!! I would love for the travel case to have a mirror inside and if you could have a black colored travel case that would be fantastic!! But yes I am in love with the product it helps with breathing(day and night) and snoring at night.
Received a brand deal on tiktok due to multiple requests for this specific product, after multiple nose breaks and severe tissue damage I was left with a nasty septum deviation. I've tried many products and gave up after 3 years of constant efforts to find a product that worked. I no longer have to look for another product to waste my time and money on.
