I have tried OTHER mouth tapes. NONE OF THEM compare to this offering from Intake! The feel of these are so natural & they work completely and effectively. Very comfortable as well. Very easy to remove as well, but they stay WELL AFFIXED during the night's sleep. 😊👍
These things are incredible. I sleep so much better at night. It feels so good to be able to breathe through my👃! And I don’t have a nasty headache in the morning. 63 and wishing they would have been around years ago, think it would have helped my headaches.

Best mouth tape I’ve ever used. Very soft material so doesn’t pull or tear at my skin, but also stays on for the full night. I can also wear chapstick at night without it falling off. And it comes in this sleek little case!

I've been using the mouth tape for a few months now & i LOVE this product especially the new and improved version and I love that they are offering two colors now!
Best mouth tape I've used. One thing I wish you would create is the same mouth tape with a small hole in the center. I like to drink water during the night and a hole for a straw would make this even better. Other mouth tape companies have a hole in them but their glue is terrible. Please consider offering the same product but with a center hole.
I used mouth guard for years before I learned about Intake mouth strips. They are soft and gentle on the skin and the fact you use fresh one each night feels clean. Mouth guard requires cleaning and disinfecting daily. Also, customer support is quick in answering any questions and fixing my delivery issues.

A good exfoliant! I didn’t really understand how mouth tape was going to help me sleep. But I have a bad habit of snacking while scrolling tiktok and while I play on bed it’s a problem because I have to get up and brush my teeth again. Weirdly this tape has helped! I stopped snacking so much because I remember I’m wearing the tape and then I don’t want it anymore. Maybe not the intended use but helpful!! I love wearing them because it’s so comfortable, but taking them off hurts a bit because my lips are dryer. So I get some stickiness left on my lips( which is a sensory nightmare I do not wish on anyone) but a little lip oil usually helps
