I’ve been using traditional nose strips for years and they don’t always work or stay on through the night. Intake breathing has really changed my ability to sleep because I can breathe through the night.

I took a gamble, and honestly I haven't slept this well in at least 13 years. I no longer snore, wake up refreshed and don't wake up multiple times a night. I have a deviated septum that only got worse when I was in the military. I'm a very active 31 y/o male, 6'1 185lbs with a decent diet. I've tried everything, and this tiny little magnetic/plastic nasal thingy-mabob is literally a breath of fresh air. Thank you. Seriously.

Stayed on for the first 20 miles of a marathon after sleeping with it on the night before. Most nasal strips I’ve tried last less than two miles.

I can "Breath"

Used today for the first time. Completed a 60-mile gravel ride in record time for me. Amazed at how well this worked. The ease of application and that it stayed in place for the entire four hours I was on the bike.

Performance breathing like never before

Never realized I had so much blockage in the nasal passage until using the Intake Breathing starter kit! After a week of testing, hiked a half marathon (13 miles) Saturday using the kit. Significantly more fresh, clean air pulled into the lungs during the hike than any previous hike without. Noticeable difference!

These really work!

Intake solved three problems: No more snoring now that I can breath through my nose. No more dry throat AND I can sleep with the fan because I have the mouth tape. And lastly, before I take off my nose piece I get a few miles of running in the morning and breathing is so much easier.

Best product that makes a huge impact

This is one of the best products I ever tried for a nasal dialator. I have a pretty severe deviated septum and I can barely breathe through my nose and this product is a game changer. I felt like I was breathing through my nose for the first time ! It’s amazing I highly recommend it! Best night sleep I’ve gotten in a long time !

Amazing

These are amazing. I wasn’t really expecting much. As soon as I put it on my body took a deep breath. I have a deviated septum and am a nose breather. I wear it to sleep and wake feeling more rested. The sticky pads don’t tear up my skin like the more typical strips. I’m sold. Thanks for an amazing product that does what it says it does.

Works great. Has reduced snoring with my deviated septum. Between these and a chin strap to keep my jaw from going slack, my wife and I can sleep in the same bed together again.

I absolutely love this product, having allergies on top of a deviated septum - this takes the gold! I sleep so much better with the nasal strip and the mouth tape! This has been an absolute game changer for my sleep.

I've struggled with allergies for years, and sleeping is always so hard when they are at their worst. I've tried other breathing strips, so I was hesitant to sign up for anything. I was also concerned because I was skeptical of the magnets staying attached all night. Best thing ever

I couldn't tell how much better I was breathing until last night. I had a little congestion and I put on intake and instantly I was breathing freely. I took off the nose band and I was a little congested. Wow, what a difference it made. I slept so well and my breathing was unhindered all night long!

Life saver

with these little bands, I can now sleep restfully for the first time in years. No longer do I have to wake up at 3:00am with one or both nostrils plugged. I love my bands and thank my lucky stars Intake came along with this super invention. I mean, you should have seen the number of sprays and what not I had for relieving nasal congestion, none of which really worked.

I love this product so much. I can finally breathe through my nose at night. I can’t remember the last time I actually did that. I have used the product every day since it arrived and I have bought a 10 month supply.
