30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your Intake or purchase from Intake Breathing Technology, LLC (Intake Breathing). for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the Intake Sport Kit, Intake Replacement Bands, non-membership Intake Breathing Tab Refill packs, Intake Magnetic Applicators, and Intake Travel Cases.

If you receive a delivery notification for your order of the Intake Membership (Refill Plan), but the order is missing, stolen, or otherwise not able to be found, Intake will offer a one time replacement of the misplaced items. Should the issue happen again upon the delivery of the replacement package, or subsequent orders through Intake Breathing, we will not offer complimentary replacements of those items and the customer will be asked to pay in full for the items to be resent. 

Purchases made through an Intake Membership (tab subscription) are non-refundable, but Intake Memberships (tab subscriptions) can be cancelled or paused at any time by contacting info@intakebreathing.com. Changes and/or cancellations to a Membership must be made at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged. Changes and/or cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the next billing date are subject to regular billing.

If you receive a damaged Membership (Refill Plan) order and would like replacement goods, please contact info@intakebreathing.com.

To qualify for a replacement or refund for any non-membership product(s), all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, contact: info@intakebreathing.com
  2. The order number of your Intake or purchase must be verified by Intake Breathing for date of purchase. The order number can be found in the following locations:
  • On the order confirmation email sent upon completion of checkout.
  • On the shipping confirmation email sent upon shipping fulfillment.
  • On the packing slip included with order upon shipment.
  • If none of the above are available please contact customer support at: info@intakebreathing.com
  • Once an Intake or purchase has been submitted to Intake Breathing. for RMA request, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
  • Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging. [The use of tabs and prep wipes is exempt from this policy. You can try the product]
  • All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return. [The use of tabs and prep wipes is exempt from this policy. You can try the product]
  • The Product must be shipped with an Intake Breathing 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee RMA shipping label.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Intake Breathing determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Intake Breathing 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If you return Product to Intake Breathing (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included(see tab & prep wipe exception) in the original package or (c) without the Intake Breathing RMA shipping label; Intake Breathing retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Intake Breathing receipt and verification of return product.

In certain cases, Intake will grant a refund without requiring a return of the product. In this event, if the consumer accepts the refund but continues to purchase supplementary products, Intake may refuse further purchase and shipment. For instance, if a customer accepts a refund for an Intake Kit, yet continues to purchase breathing tab refills or additional products that suggest continued use of the refunded item, Intake may refuse to continue service. To continue using an Intake Kit after receiving a refund, the customer must repurchase the kit at the original price at which it was purchased.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s).
