HOW WE’RE DOING OUR PART
To protect the health of our employees and the cleanliness of our supplies, we’re limiting our fulfillment team to better ensure proper social distancing guidelines. We’re continuing to support remote work when possible, and we’re requiring our in-person staff to wear masks when around other team members, as well as frequently sanitize hands, products, and shared surfaces.
Due to increased order volume, decreased production staff, and nationwide shipping delays, delivery times may take slightly longer than normal. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive 1-3 days later than usual. If you’re a member of Team Intake and rely on a monthly subscription, we’ll communicate with you prior to your monthly shipment should we expect a delay in your shipment.
A NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you’re ordering from overseas, your local post and any international mail carriers will be able to best determine your delivery estimate. International delays are to be expected, as are customs holdups. If your tracking number doesn’t seem to be updating, it’s best to contact your local postal carrier or customs office to see if they need additional documentation from you. If this is the case, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you any forms they may require.
